Big Brother & Big Sister Training

Aylcenter partners with Bright Spark to offer Big Brother and sister training: We have led a child development course that is transformative. Our nine-week program focused on fostering leadership skills and nurturing child development understanding in young individuals. Incorporating comprehensive sessions on effective communication, conflict resolution, and positive relationship-building with younger siblings. A key highlight is the inclusion of CPR and first aid training, ensuring that graduates are not only well-prepared for childcare but also equipped to handle emergency situations professionally.
